Modeve provides powerful tools to set budgets, monitor spending, and view Profit & Loss (P&L) statements for better financial decision-making.
Open a Project.
Go to Budget or Finance tab.
Click Set Budget.
Enter:
Total Budget Amount
Breakdown by categories (e.g., Renovation, Marketing, Staffing)
Start and End Date
Save. You can also set budgets at department or company level (admin feature).
Real-time Budget Utilization bar or percentage shown on project overview.
Budget vs Actual comparison charts.
Alerts when spending approaches or exceeds budget limits.
Color-coded indicators: Green (On Track), Yellow (Warning), Red (Over Budget).
Go to Reports → Financial Reports → Profit & Loss.

Project-wise P&L (Revenue – Expenses = Profit)
Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly breakdown
Comparison with previous periods

Set realistic budgets when planning new learning centre openings.
Review Project P&L monthly to catch issues early.
Use category-wise tracking to control major cost areas (rent, staff, marketing).
Link all expenses and invoices to projects for accurate P&L.
Share summarized P&L views with investors or franchise partners (via Client Portal or exported reports).
Detailed budget and P&L views are usually available to managers and administrators. Team members can see project-level budget information relevant to their work.
